"Best" beer really is a matter of opinion. Pilsner is the original czech beer of course, its always the most expensive on the menu because of its fame/status. If you want a good pilsner the best place to go is Plzen, especially the brewery but pubs like Lokal in Prague do it well.

The bar is located in a lovely area of Prague easily accessed by the 10, 16 and 22 Trams. Big spacious bar with plenty of comfortable seats and a big selection of draught beers covering the spectrum from the lightest Pilsner to the darkest Porter. Staff are very friendly and tables laid out well, attentive table service. The bar is kept clean too.
