Hey all, I started to play FH5 with the gamepass and I was wondering if it's possible to buy it on steam and keep my progress. I'm not sure where it's stored, if I can log in to my microsoft account via the steam version or I'll have a brand new save bounded to my steam account.

UWP Reset Application. Windows>Settings>Applications> title >Advanced Options>Reset. Perform a Windows Store reset. Uninstall Forza. Press the Win+R keys to open the Run dialog. Type WSReset.exe, and click/tap on OK. The WSReset tool resets the Windows Store without changing account settings or deleting installed apps.
The only way to get that data back is to message forza guys with your gamertag/etc and get it back. It may have also been that your save data was located in the Documents folder inside forza horizon 4. Check your recycling bin for it possibly being in there or a restore point.
