Getting a Mutated Heart. Mutated Heart is one of the rarest crafting ingredients in the game. You can find out the current number of them by visting the Parts tab of the inventory. Hearts may be looted from defeated Mutators. This is the only way to get them, as you can't buy them from traders or find in containers.
